Dixence Resort is a hotel complex with thermal baths and residences, located in the commune of Hérémence in the Valais, a few steps from the Les Collons ski resort. At an altitude of 1750 metres, the site offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Val d’Hérens, the Rhône plain and the Dent Blanche massif. The residences offer direct access to the ski slopes of the 4 Valleys area and the associated resorts. It is possible to ski in Nendaz, Verbier and Veysonnaz in the same day and to return to the starting point for après-ski.

The project is located only 2 hours from Geneva airport by road or rail and less than half an hour from Sion by car.

It includes a hotel, a spa area, 5 luxury chalets, a rental building and 6 residential buildings. The purchasers have the possibility to rent their property through the hotel operator and of course to benefit from the existence of the thermal centre.

The wellness pools are fed by natural hot water from the Combioulaz site.
