The Guépard L3 residence is composed of 24 apartments. From the 2.5-room apartment of 75 m2 to the 4.5-room penthouse of 200 m2, each flat has a harmonious and authentic architecture. The finishing touches are up to the tenant, assisted by an interior designer, and delivery is scheduled for 2024. The apartments are available as second homes.
