The latest Dublin Residential Report highlights the extent to which the city’s young and academic workforce is driving housing demand. Dublin’s international student population increased by 17.5% between 2014 and 2017, with a notable rise in Asian students arriving in the city to study medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons, University College Dublin or Trinity College Dublin.
